How it works

1. Tell us what you need to design

Don’t let our name fool you. Even though our name is synonymous with logo design, we also specialize in website design, posters, email templates, postcards, and just about any other graphic design.
2. Fill out your online creative brief

Tell us about your project, your business or organization, and your design preferences. If you don’t want to type it out, you can use our easy-to-use voice record feature!
3. Choose your design package

All of our products offer multiple design packages that include features like extra design concepts, printing, web hosting, and more. Just choose the package that’s right for you and your business.
4. Prepare to get your socks knocked off

In just three days, we’ll send you the design concepts. Choose the one you like the most and give us feedback so we can make it even better. Many of our packages come with unlimited revisions, which means we’ll continue to revise the design until it’s absolutely perfect.

We think so. Some of our competitors promote design contests where only the winning designer gets paid. In the design industry, this is called “spec work” and we’re not OK with spec work. We believe that asking designers to do work for the mere hope of receiving compensation is not only an unsustainable business model, but it’s also highly unethical.
